Love to Care were recommended to us in July of this year. I contacted them and they came out to meet me and discuss what our current needs and expectations from an agency entailed.
From the very start, Love to Care have always been supportive and reliable with experienced, qualified staff. I have contacted Love to Care with an hour's notice of needing someone to cover a shift, and have known them to pull out all stops to ensure that we had the staff cover.
The staff have all been very friendly, caring and welcomed by our residents. They are always prompt and arrive before shift to receive a handover. No complaints only compliments !
